That Time When I Played Jesus.......

If I were Him, would you believe it? If I came to you claiming to be the One whom you've been waiting for, could you trust me? If I boldly state, "I am He of whom your ancestors spoke and taught you.", would you ride out with me? I came across these pictures and my mind kinda ran away.......

The world today, outside of technology, overpopulation, and global warming, is not much different from what it was when Jesus Christ did walk the Earth. We are led by our eyes, our ignorance, and our prejudice. We scarcely seek guidance and understanding spiritually when faced with anything that causes pause along our various paths of life. Even those of us who claim to be spiritual find our eyes overruling the things of our hearts and souls.

Yahweh laid it plain to Samuel, back in the day, "Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For Jehovah does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but Jehovah looks at the heart." Now, if this is Yahweh speaking as to how He is and how He judges, then would we (those of us who claim to be His) not desire to mimic or mirror His ways? Judge not by sight? It's CRAZY how we say we know Yahweh, serve Yahweh, and believe in the One He sent, yet refuse to act like Him or the One He sent!

It is my personal opinion that we give our eyes too much say in how we carry ourselves, judge people, and treat people. Think about it! If Yahweh judged the way that man does, the majority of the Earth's population, if not all would be wiped out. We judge just about everything off of looks, so when Yahweh takes our approach, we'd all perish because we are all ugly in someone's eyes. We'd all perish because all races are evil or abominations in someone's eyes. We'd all perish because of all the ways we judge, based on outward appearance. Thank goodness Jehovah sits high above us and our human nonsense.

"Hell and Destruction are never full; So the eyes of man are never satisfied." Tell me where this is wrong.

"Wisdom is in the sight of him who has understanding, but the eyes of a fool are on the ends of the earth (or at least the end to American government and democracy)." Tell me where this is wrong.

"Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things,

And revive me in Your way." How much of what your eyes value, happens to be worthless to the welfare of your heart and soul?

I'll end with simple questions. In terms of Jesus Christ, what's wrong with the example He left? What's wrong with what He taught? See, many will respond with crap related to religion or what some group of people forced upon their ancestors and others. But when you read, study and know scripture for yourself, where does Jesus teach or condone what evil races of people have done; what corrupt religions have done; and what cash cow denominations and mega churches have done?

What wrong is there in loving your Creator with your entire being, and loving your neighbor as yourself? Stop blaming Jesus for the ones who refuse to abide!

Those who have ears to hear, let them hear.......
