Looking at a particular situation, I began to think, "I am such an anti-social person." Then, I thought a bit more of the circumstance and realized that I am just simply not a fan of tired conversation. As we grow, our conversation should grow as well. It kinda reminds me of that "when I was a child, I spoke like a child" scripture. I also realize that there are and will be times when my tongue is silenced. Not all conversations or interactions are necessarily meant for me, and for me to involve myself would be totally out of line. Knowing when to speak and when not to chime in, says a good bit about your maturity. There is another scripture, somewhere in that great Book, that says something along the lines of "he who guards his mouth and tongue, saves his soul from trouble." Now, if I gave the exact locations of the mentioned scriptures, it would take the fun and adventure out of your learning. LOL! I love y'all!! HAPPY THURSDAY!! May God search our hearts today, identifying our truest needs and familiarizing us with them, so that every choice and decision going forward may be examined under the right light. God, please take care of the hearts and needs of all who I like, love, cherish, and hold dear. Bring smiles to us all on this day. Bless us, Lord, with the presence of You, in our hearts and minds!! AMEN!!
