Moms and I were talking last night about how people carry themselves. The thought that stems out of our conversation is this: What is it that you're advertising? Better yet, what is it that you're selling? Think about it. When a man goes to buy his Porche, he is looking for exactly what's advertised, horsepower, torque, feeling of power, comfort, and a driving experience like no other. I can attest to the feeling, after driving one for the first time a couple of months ago. It's amazing. When the buyer gets into his car, he expects nothing less than THAT power, THAT comfort, and THAT experience, EVERY time! If that car should ever disappoint or fail on a consistent basis, then the buyer may begin to wish he never invested in that car.
It's the same with people. We advertise and sell ourselves daily. How is it, that you want to be seen by others. This is where it gets a little direct. We see it EVERY day, women selling sexuality more than intellect, self-respect, honor and moral value. I'm just saying. Look at it this way, woman, you're in the club having a good time with all sorts of barely covered temptation about you. A man WILL NOT see long term relationship! He WILL NOT see wife material!! He WILL NOT see a woman he can respect every day for the rest of his life. If he hooks up with you and you do not provide all that you promised in your sales pitch, then he will regret fooling with you to start with.
I'm not beating up on the women. I will get to the men shortly. Think about all the fakeness in the world today, from hair to nails, from butts to boobies, and from eyes to eye lashes. Is this REALLY something you see yourself doing for the rest of your life. Try this analogy on for size. Thanks, Pops, for this one. Imagine never raking the leaves in your yard for five years. Then you decide, "I want a nice lawn". Hell, when you rake off all the leaves, you find nothing but dead grass. Covering up with all the false and fake, only damages, if not kills, your chances at any natural beauty later on in life. Yes, this is my opinion, but I bet anybody that has worn fake nails for years and years has weak and flimsy natural nails. There is NOTHING like natural beauty in my eyes, NOTHING!! I promise you God KNEW what He was doing when He created each of us as natural human beings. So, the buyers of this may experience remorse the first day you decide take off the costume.
Now, men, some of us are just as pretty or even prettier than women in terms of what we do to look good. We floss when we can, showing off money in the clothes and cars that buy. Men, when we land the sale using these tactics and pitches, we have to maintain it no matter what. If not, then the woman may experience remorse for buying into your front stage butt, knowing the the backstage is who you really are. To me, there is nothing more disgraceful than a man who knows not how to do yard work, change a tire, or do what is necessary for his home and family. So, while she bought into all the flash, she will soon have remorse when she has to hire another man to come out and handle YOUR responsibility as a man! Think about! I understand that some circumstances allow for such, but if you are able, it should all fall on YOU.......MAN!!!
Shows. Shows are all good while the show goes on but at some point it ends and the actors get "out of character", take off the costumes, and turn into normal people. When the money, beauty, clothes, and cars cease to be, will there be any remorse in you?
People buy what you sell and advertise, and if what you sell and advertise is anything other than who you TRULY are, then there will always be experiences of buyers remorse. Rake the damn leaves and let the grass grow. That's where TRUE beauty lies, a beauty only GOD can design. If someone does not or cannot love you for the heart, soul, and essence of you, then he or she is NOT the one for you!
HAPPY TUESDAY Y'ALL!! I LOVE YOU ALL EACH AND EVERY ONE!!!
